1. Agreement
By using the Admit It website or app, you agree to these terms and to any additional terms presented in the App Store listing or inside the app at the time a feature is used.
2. Intended use
Admit It is a productivity and focus app designed to help the user intentionally protect access to distracting apps, websites, and categories on an iPhone or iPad.
The app is not a medical product, not an emergency safety system, and not a substitute for parental judgment or device management policies in a household.
3. Permissions and device behavior
The app may request Screen Time / Family Controls permission so it can shield selected apps, websites, and categories. Notifications help continue unlock flows. Camera, microphone, and speech recognition are optional and are only used if the selfie-video challenge is enabled.
4. Local data and privacy
Rules, schedules, challenge state, and related history are designed to stay on-device unless the user explicitly exports data. More details are available in the Privacy Policy.
5. Billing and subscriptions
The current build does not ship a live StoreKit subscription flow. If paid subscriptions or trials are added later, pricing, renewal terms, cancellation mechanics, and restore purchase flows should be presented in the App Store listing and inside the app before purchase.
If a future release introduces subscriptions, those purchases would be handled by Apple through in-app purchase terms applicable at the time of sale.
6. Support and review contact
Support, privacy, and App Store review requests can be sent to info@limitlock.io.
7. Updates
These terms may be updated when the app’s behavior or launch configuration changes. The updated effective date will be published on this page.
